Science Reflection

The thing that I enjoyed most about studying science was learning about how I could help the environment with using different types of energy. This interested me the most because oil prices were increasing and no one really could do anything about that. Did you know that at the beginning of this oil surge Cheney stated, (Cheney accused John Kerry of flip-flopping on his support for increased gas taxes) "After voting three times to increase the gas tax and once proposing to increase it by 50 cents a gallon," Cheney charged, "he now says he doesn't support it." If we all come together then we can stop the use of gasoline and start a better world for the children of the future.
Well, I have learned many things during the course of this year and it is very hard to sum it all up but let me give it a try. So we started off the year learning about organisms. During this unit we learned about the different types of organisms, what they can do, how they survive, and also different animals and the groups that they are classified into. Then we went into November and December while learning about cells, photosynthesis, and how to help the environment.
You can apply what we learned to the real world by finding a new way on how to lower the use and the need of oil, and subsatute it with the use of none harmful gases. We can also stop the use of factories or at least lower the use of them. When you are dealing with and talking about cells you would be a doctor or a veterinarian. To have the use of cells in a doctors life is monumental and it is extraordinary that we have the use of doctors and all of the other people in the world to make our lives easier. Another way that we can use what we learned in the real world would be to be a plant person that deals with photosynthesis.
